BEHIND THE COMFORT

One home.
Three connected systems.

See how fresh air, extraction and central vacuum can be coordinated within the same home — with a separate purpose and pathway for each system.

A DAY IN ONE BENVEK HOME

One house, five ordinary moments

Five everyday spaces, each with its own moment of comfort. Choose a photograph to see which system is at work.

Wake up to air that was renewed all night

Windows stayed shut, but the ERV kept exchanging stale overnight air for filtered fresh air - recovering cooling energy instead of losing it.

WHY IT MATTERS

The air inside your home is the air you live in

~90%

of the day is spent indoors

On average, people spend about 90 percent of their time indoors (US EPA, Indoor Air Quality).

2-5x

higher pollutant levels indoors

US EPA TEAM studies found levels of several common organic pollutants 2 to 5 times higher inside homes than outside.

Closed loop

AC recirculates the same air

A split or VRV air conditioner cools and recirculates room air. It does not bring fresh air in, and it does not push stale air out.

THREE INDEPENDENT SYSTEMS, ONE COORDINATED PLAN

Each system stands alone. Together, they run the home.

Every system is engineered and quoted on its own - so you can start with one. Planned together, they share ceilings, shafts and one design team.

SYSTEM 01

Fresh Air & ERV

Addresses high indoor CO2 and PM2.5 by supplying filtered outdoor air and exhausting stale air - with energy recovery, so ventilation does not waste your AC cooling.

  • H13 Grade HEPA + Activated Carbon
  • Manufacturer-Rated Heat Recovery Above 80%
  • Integrated PM2.5 / TVOC Air-Quality Sensors

SYSTEM 02

Air Distribution

Engineered ductwork, acoustic lining, and precision diffusers designed for uniform, quiet, hygienic airflow across every room.

  • Anti-Microbial Radial Ducting
  • Low Cross-Talk Acoustic Plenums
  • Architectural Slot & Jet Diffusers

SYSTEM 03

Central Vacuum

Carries vacuumed air and fine dust out of the living space through concealed wall inlets, instead of recirculating it back into the room.

  • Powerful Centralized Suction
  • Hide-A-Hose Retractable Inlets
  • Quiet Living Zones

WHY ONE COORDINATED PLAN

The questions that decide how the house feels

Worth checking with any installer

  • Who calculates room-by-room airflow (CFM), and from what?
  • Where do ducts and pipes run, and what is lost at each bend?
  • How is fan and duct noise kept out of bedrooms?
  • What is measured at handover - and will you get the readings?

How Benvek approaches it

  • Room-by-room CFM and static-pressure calculation on your floor plan, before quoting.
  • CAD duct and pipe routing coordinated with your architect before false-ceiling work.
  • Acoustic plenums and isolated mounting as standard practice.
  • Anemometer airflow balancing and baseline IAQ readings at handover.
PLAN AT THE RIGHT STAGE

Stage A or Stage B - there is a path for every home

STAGE A

Under construction / before false ceiling

Concealed ducted ERV, inline exhausts and central vacuum piping go in right after masonry, before false-ceiling and flooring closure - the cleanest, most invisible installation.

STAGE B

Ready-to-move / occupied home

Ductless wall- or floor-mounted ERVs and spot ceiling extractors retrofit into finished homes without breaking ceilings - planned room by room.

WHY BENVEK INTEGRATED ECOSYSTEM?

Conventional setup vs. Benvek Smart Solutions

PARAMETERCONVENTIONAL HOME / OFFICE SETUPBENVEK SMART ECOSYSTEM
Indoor Oxygen & CO2CO2 can build up when ventilation is insufficient for occupancyDesigned to support lower indoor CO2 levels through continuous fresh-air ventilation — results depend on room size, occupancy, airflow, and installation
AC Energy Loss on VentilationUncontrolled ventilation can increase heating or cooling demandGraphene enthalpy core with manufacturer-rated heat recovery above 80% (MC-GN booklet); actual recovery depends on model and operating conditions
Duct Hygiene & AcousticsDuct hygiene and noise depend on design, insulation and maintenanceAnti-static, anti-microbial radial ducts + silent manifold
Vacuuming & Dust HygieneHeavy canisters; exhausts micro-dust & odor back into roomDust extracted to a utility/garage unit via concealed pipes
HOW A PROJECT RUNS

From floor plan to measured handover

STEP 01

Site Survey & CFM Calculation

We review floor plans, ceiling heights, occupancy and RCC beam depths to calculate room-by-room airflow, static pressure and vacuum coverage.

STEP 02

CAD Routing & BOQ

Detailed MEP shop drawings showing ERV placement, radial duct pathways, core-cut locations, and vacuum inlet heights.

STEP 03

First-Fix Installation

Concealed piping, radial ducts, and plenums installed and pressure-tested prior to false ceiling and wall plastering.

STEP 04

Testing & Handover

Anemometer airflow balancing, suction pressure verification, controller pairing, and PM2.5/CO2 baseline validation.
